Wal Mart has these awesome little round band aids made by “Curad”. You can get an entire box of the round ones for about $3. I want to say that there’s about 80 or so in there. I’ve had the regular non-weatherproof ones last an entire marathon before. Never leave home without them.

I’ve run about 20 marathons have always taken a couple of anti-diarrheal tabs before the race. It’s the best thing I’ve ever discovered!
