Also, DO NOT increase mileage by more than 10% per week. This is a tried and true formula to keep injuries at bay. And I&#039;ve broken this rule and paid dearly. Finally, expending on #34...Go trail running. You don&#039;t need special shoes. State parks are the best!</description>
