Wow the analogy of our ancestors and the boxing video was so cool! Already wrote down the book on my list :) If I can't run 24/7, I'll make sure I can spend the rest of the time learning about it! x

Wow, really awesome post. I've always been interested in finding links from characteristics of humans to natural selection and how it may have benefitted our species in the past. The same outlook can be applied to barefoot running, and I've actually written an article about it in my blog that's linked. Keep up the great work!

I truly enjoy reading your blog entries which points to the natural fact that to run is to be human.
Late last year, I got to read the book "Born to Run". What intrigued me the most was the chapter which dwelt on the running man theory. This has inspired me to run longer distances from the usual 5 km fun runs I joined in the past. This first quarter of 2010, I ran my first 15 km fun run and 21 km fun runs. For May 22, 2010, I am joining my first full marathon.

It has also inspired me to inspire others to run. Iam now forming a running club in our company. Its motto will be "Running more, longer, faster and forward." By forward, we mean incorporating corporate social responsibility in our running.

More power and cool running .
